This includes millions of real estate listings and development applications, as well as 70'000 datapoints for every Microburb, such as demographic indicators and public housing measure. Our focus is on fine grained data to build our own aggregates (like median prices) and forecasts. We do not use any data from CoreLogic, PriceFinder or other major aggregators. We are an alternative to them.

We are very focused on providing up to date data giving you a "real time" insight into the market, so that you can take advantage of short term opportunities. Our real estate data (like forecasts, median prices, days on market etc) is updated weekly. Gentrification and amenity data, which is slower moving, is typically updated roughly annually.
