About the Role:

As a Digital Startup Generalist, you’ll focus on tasks that enhance user experience finding the best possible property. 

You’ll be instrumental in technology, AI, product development, marketing, shaping our offerings and/or driving engagement.

Potential Tasks (depending on your skills and our needs)

• Collaborate with the product and development team to enhance user interfaces and overall user experience.
• Engage with customers to gain insights and ensure their needs are met.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Create/manage compelling content for digital campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
• Help build our reputation in the industry with authoritative commentary on the Australian real estate market.
• Engage with analytics to help prioritise opportunities for maximising growth.

Required Skills and Traits

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to understand customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and reprioritise easily according to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with a hands-on, pragmatic, proactive attitude.

Bonus Points For These

• Experience with sophisticated use of LLMs.
• Experience in user experience (UX) design
• Experience with Microsoft Clarity, Figma, Webflow, Memberstack, Google Analytics, JIRA, Jupyter Notebooks, python, pandas or bug tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo for email marketing
• Basic SQL or spreadsheet skills for data analysis.
• Basic graphic design skills or front end web skills.
• Interest in current affairs, economics, liveability and the real estate market.
• Project management experience
