About the Role: As a Digital Startup Generalist, you’ll focus on tasks that enhance user experience finding the best possible property. You’ll be instrumental in product development and marketing, shaping our offerings and driving engagement. Both remote and on-site in Crows Nest, Sydney options available. Both part time and full time available too. Renumeration is usually both in terms of wage and options (equity), making this a high-growth opportunity for driven individuals.
Potential Tasks (Depending on Skills and Needs):
- Collaborate with the product and development team to enhance user interfaces and overall user experience.
- Engage with customers to gain insights and ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
- Create/manage compelling content for digital campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
- Help build our reputation in the industry with authoritative commentary on the Australian real estate market.
- Engage with analytics to help prioritise opportunities for maximising growth.
Renumeration:
$30 - $35 / hour
Required Skills and Traits:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to understand customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and reprioritise easily according to changing priorities.
- Team-oriented with a hands-on, pragmatic, proactive attitude.
Would Be Nice But Not Required
- Experience in user experience (UX) design.
- Experience with Figma, Webflow, Google Analytics or bug tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Basic SQL, python or spreadsheet skills for data analysis.
- Basic graphic design skills or front end web skills.
- Interest in current affairs, economics, liveability or the real estate market.
